You might want your jacket more fitted; you can also contact us with your measurements, and our craftsmen will make sure you get your jacket all altered up for the event. There will be a very low payment for such a case, but remember to claim within a month of receiving your order.
We claim the best quality, and we know how to make our customers satisfied. However, if you face a situation where you have to refund the transaction, we have to guide you through the process. You can claim the Refund Policy under two conditions:
- It’s not the correct product that you ordered from the store.
- The received product is damaged.

- Remember, the original payment method will be processed for the Refund.
- The delivery and shipping costs are not included in the refund.
